What’s up Nation!

When I started 3on3 Hoops Nation, the goal wasn’t to create another basketball newsletter.

It was to build a space for coaches who care about how players learn. Coaches who want athletes to think the game, make decisions, and actually transfer skills from practice to competition.

This past year made one thing clear: there’s a growing group of coaches (and parents) who want to be more intentional with their approach. And that’s what this newsletter has been about.
