What’s up Nation!

I’m going to say something that a lot of youth coaches and parents won’t like:

Winning does not matter… until high school varsity.

Before that level, the real goal isn’t banners, trophies, or weekend tournament records.

It’s development.

And too many players are getting shortchanged because adults are chasing the wrong scoreboard.
